This information form is about the receipt, storage, sharing, processing and deletion of personal data shared with the company by all stakeholders who receive service from Master Research Training and Consultancy Services, request service, and apply to work in various roles within the company. It has been prepared to inform the personal data owner about the process within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, which entered into force after being published in the official gazette on 07.04.2016, Master Research, Training and Consultancy Services has the title of "Data Controller" and carries out the necessary work to fulfill the obligations imposed by this title. You, our valuable stakeholders, can share personal data with the Company through channels such as Master Research Training and Consultancy Services Center, website, bank and SMS; verbally, in writing or electronically. Your personal data you have shared is kept by Master Research Training and Consultancy Services within the framework of this Law and processed within the framework of the approval you have given. Your personal data may be used by us in order to carry out promotional, thank you, informative and announcement communications regarding Master Research Training and Consultancy Services; to collect and compile statistical information, to improve training and analysis studies. You, as the personal data subject;

• (a) Learn whether personal data is being processed,
• (b) Request information if personal data has been processed,
• (c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• (d) To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
• (e) To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
• (f) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring its processing disappear,
• (g) To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
• (h) Object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• (ı) We remind you that you have the right to demand compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

As Master Research Training and Consultancy Services as the data controller;

• (a) To comply with the legal principles in the processing of personal data,
• (b) Obtaining explicit consent for personal and sensitive personal data,
• (c) To take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security in order to prevent unlawful processing and access to personal data and to ensure the protection of personal data,
• (d) We would like to remind you that we undertake to act in accordance with the above-mentioned rights of the personal data owner and to eliminate any possible damage related to these rights.
